Any complete system* supplied by Gema which, under normal use and operating conditions in the plant of the original purchaser, proves to be defective within five years from date of shipment, will be replaced or repaired by Gema, without charge to the purchaser. The purchaser is required to notify Gema of the defective part(s) and to establish that the equipment has been properly maintained and operated within the limits of rated and normal usage. The purchaser may be required to return the parts for inspection and warranty verification. Wear parts are covered under the warranty against defects in material or workmanship, but not for normal wear and tear. For more details ask for a copy of Gema's Warranty Policy.
