WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

Operators and persons responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of Gema electrostatic powder coating manual systems will benefit from this course. Companies that want their employees to learn proper and efficient manual application techniques, as well as troubleshooting and maintenance skills, should attend.

Our Teaching Philosophy

Attendees will learn how the equipment is designed to work, then how to use and maintain it. This class consists of a lecture conducted by an Gema Technical Specialist and hands-on applications work in our lab with the Gema Sales Lab Team.

* Items coated will consist of parts provided
by Gema. Alternatively, attendees may
bring a part to coat with a manual gun. Our
lab technicians will help identify optimal
coating techniques. If you plan to bring a
part, it must meet these requirements:
  • No larger than 3'X3'X3'
  • Under 100 lbs.
  • Gema will supply powder or bring your own if desired

Note: Hands-on application work
performed in the Gema laboratory will
utilize OptiFlex2® series guns and control
units. Other Gema models, such as
OptiFlex®, OptiSystem®, EasySystem® and PG series equipment, will be covered in lecture, but will not be available in our laboratory.
