Powder Coating Workshop Refund Policy

  1. In the event you cannot attend a training class for which you are registered and you notify us at least three weeks prior to the start of the class, you will receive a full refund. If a cancellation notification is received 72 hours prior to the start of class, refunds will not be given, but someone else from your organization may attend in your place.


  2. To cancel a training class, you must contact Karen Walters (Gema) at (317) 298-5072.


  3. In the event a class is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued. Gema, TIGER Drylac, and/or Enthone shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule of classes. For payments by credit card, please allow one week for processing of a refund to your account. For payments by check, please allow three to four weeks for processing and mailing of a refund.
